The guys from "Euskal turnover association" have produced (and are selling) the aforementioned "skill dice" (pics below).
Apparently they will be available for the world cup, and they cost 2€ each or 20€ the complete set (12).

haha, dude those are awesome! bit strange tho they look like they are from a bunch of different companies.
Yeah, some are "rounder" than others, and somehow they have different colours for the some of the skills.
Still its a cool idea, and IMO some of them are really nice (even to use as counters, rerolls or whatever).
